Petition to my State Senator and State Representative:

Whereas: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly   states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;" and

Whereas: Studies show that countries with higher rates of civilian firearm ownership are safest; and,

Whereas: Anti-gun elitists are using the horrible attack in Parkland to RAM gun control into law to strip as many law-abiding South Carolinians of their gun rights as possible; and

Whereas: Many Republicans are looking for a bipartisan deal to try and look "reasonable" on the Second Amendment issue to the mainstream media;

Therefore: I urge you to wholeheartedly oppose and do everything in your power to stop any anti-gun "deal" that rears its ugly head in Columbia.

Fellow Patriot,

The gun grabbers in Columbia are wasting no time using the legacy of the dead to push their radical agenda.

The City of Columbia has already followed the demands of Bloomberg and “Gun Control Inc.” by passing a local-level gun ban in defiance of state law!

And sadly, with bipartisan support, anti-gun politicians are now working overtime to destroy the Second Amendment rights of South Carolinians by pushing outright gun bans, universal Brady checks, mandatory waiting periods, and more.

If passed, these laws would strip you of your right to own guns or even put you in jail for keeping many common firearms you currently own!

Unfortunately, weak-kneed Republicans are ready to compromise on our gun rights in order to appear “reasonable”.

So if we don't fight back NOW, we could be in BIG trouble . . .

So please sign your No Gun Control mandate right away!

For Freedom,

Denise Snelling
